Return & Refund Policy

We offer 10 day return policy, which means you can return your order within 10 days after you receive it. In such cases when you want to return your order please contact us asap. We will not refund the custom duties, shipping cost, bank charges, taxes, if applicable..) You should post outfits within 10 days and once it is received at BestsellingLover we will issue refund within 48-72 hours. Refund will be made to the customer account credit mode of payment which you can used to make purchase.
Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. In case of product return, we will issued refund once we received the product back at our office. Refund will take time to reflect in customer's account.
We do not cancel the placed order after 24hrs.

Amend Your Orders
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
